A Bit About Us
Our names are Andy, Leigh & James, better known in the industry as Coast. Over the last 5 years we have become the bench mark for wedding entertainment in Scotland and the North of England. PLAYING THE RIGHT SONGS
All too often this gets taken for granted that bands will play the right material, however we’ve attended loads of weddings and it still blows us away how many bands completely disregard the audience and play only what they want to hear.
We pride ourselves on being able to choose the right music for your Wedding based on the makeup and age group of your audience. We’ve got tons of experience in doing this and pull it off EVERY time! At our Weddings your as likely to hear a 60’s classic as well as a current chart hit ensuring that all your guests young and old are equally well catered for.
USING THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT
All bands will tell you that they use up to date equipment, however the reality is that only a fraction of them do. We have invested over £10,000 in our state of the art digital PA and lighting system to make sure that you still get the big band sound and stage show, without paying the big band price.
KEEP THE VOLUME SENSIBLE
We’ve heard some gifted and seriously talented Wedding bands completely ruin a Wedding Reception by blowing people out of their seats with unnecessary volume. Something you need to understand about volume. You need enough of it to generate an atmosphere but not so much that people find it uncomfortable to be in the room. It can be a fine balance but with over 300 Weddings behind us, we reckon we’ve got it sussed.

.We are always immaculately turned out. We take the non performance side of things very seriously, we have proffesional uniforms which are always worn.
